Start your adventure in the Atlas mountain chain, go trekking to Ait Zitoun, Ait Hmad and Imi talat .Explore the berber villages and their traditional farming and bread making, the women handicrafts.

HIGH MOUNTAINS ATLAS

11 Days / 10 Nights - Casablanca - Marrakech – Ait Zitoun –Ait Hmad –Imi N’Talat

Discover Mount Toubkal the highest peak in North Africa in a four day trek.

Day 1-2: Casablanca- Marrakesh  
Fly into Casablanca and visit the economic capital of Morocco . Visit the Habbous quarter, and the art deco buildings in the center of the city, Then ride to Marrakech and enjoy your visit of the” red city”. In the evening, dinner at hotel and overnight. The next day, have a  guided tour of the Marrakesh Medina and visit  Koranic Schools, ancient tombs and gardens . Enjoy the lively Jma el Fna Square at night where performers come to life in circus like shows and sample Moroccan delicacies at the many food stalls.

Day 3 - Marrakech to Imlil

From Marrakech, depart to Imlil via the scenic drive through Ouirgane valley and the Berber village of Setti Fattima. Arrive at Imlil, and walk to your Berber Mountain Guesthouse for a while mules carry your luggage; the total distance is about 30 minutes. Enjoy your stay at authentic berber house and spend the evening relaxing and taking in the fresh mountain air. Have a scrumptious berber dinner.

Day 4 Mount Toubkal Base Camp

After a good breakfast, leave Imlil for the base camp of Mount Toubkal. You will meet your mountain guide and get the mules loaded up with the necessities for the mountain ascent. Start the trek towards the peak of Mount Toubkal to arrive as a first step to the mountain refuge base camp. Mountain Refuge on HB (evening meal and breakfast) with picnic lunch

Day 5 Mount Toubkal Summit

Early morning get ready for the ascent of the summit of Mount Toubkal. After reaching the peak, descend and return to Imlil. Relax at the Berber Guesthouse and enjoy a good berber meal.

Day 6 – Imlil – Marrakech-Casablanca

Drive back through the Ouirgane valley and the Berber village of Setti Fattima to arrive at Marrakech and then continue to Casablanca. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 7- Casablanca-Airport

After breakfast , transfer to Casablanca Mohamed V International Airport. Assistance with checking formalities.
